"Our trip was very pleasant. The driver was friendly. There was a miscommunication about the fee at the airport and I was without any cash. The driver was very understanding. I called the company to see if I could do something electronically and they told me not to worry about it, have a nice trip and hope you will use again next trip. We will definitely do that."
